Mail Service and Deliveries
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant mailboxes, which are located at the exterior, southwest corner of the building. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located in the mailroom. USPS assigns all mailboxes, administers mailbox keys, and changes mailbox locks. To secure a mailbox for your suite, please contact your Property Manager and request a mailbox assignment for your suite. Thefirst set of keys (2) are given at move-in at no charge. Tenants will incur fees for future mailbox keys and mailbox lock changes.
Small Packages
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large Deliveries
Large deliveries and freight for Estrella Medical Center take place at the loading zones. The entrance to the lot is located on the south side of Thomas Avenue just east of the Loop 101 Freeway. The transfer of large curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advance reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure the tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
